Tribe Kids

As it turns out, children not only can but SHOULD be learning the basics of weight training. The American College of Sports Medicine says, "Strength training should be one part of a well-rounded fitness program that also includes endurance, flexibility and agility exercises."

Our kids' program is like no other. We offer attention to detail and teach the basics of not only weight training, but agility, speed, proper bodyweight movement, and FUN! Kids leave feeling confident, empowered, and best of all, content with what their bodies can do.

With the ever-increasing rise in childhood obesity, ACSM both recommends and encourages kids to participate in a weight training program designed just for them. Long term studies have shown it to be a preventative measure for adult obesity and other weight-related issues.

Our coaches not only understand how to put a good, fun workout together, but they know how to train, play, and best of all love the tinies that walk through our doors.
