Who We Are


We are a weight training/high intensity gym. We do a little of everything: Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, bodyweight movements (i.e. push-ups, pull-ups, v-ups, etc.), along with HIIT, some short distance running, sprinting and agility drills. It's the most FUN way to get the hottest, fittest body you could ever imagine.


It won't make you bulky. But it will make you
hella hot.


HIIT. Short and sweet. Gets your body burning
long after the workout is over.


Your whole workout, complete in an hour or less.

Single Sessions are $15. One unlimited month is $150.



Tiffany Gwynn


Tiffany Gwynn has been a certified personal trainer for 15 years (National Fitness Professional's Association) and also holds certifications as both a CrossFit Level One Coach and a USA Weight Lifting and Sports Performance Coach. 

She has evolved her program over the last decade to include both bodybuilding and athletic movements. She started her teaching career as a ballet studio owner over twenty years ago and has spent her adult life dedicated to wellness through physical activity. Just as her life has changed and evolved, so has her passion, and what started as a demi-plié has turned into an Olympic squat.
