Classes






Class always starts on time. Gather up near the garage doors for what we call the "dancing bear act.” The head coach will walk through the workout execution and what will be expected of the athlete (that’s you).

The music starts, and barbells begin to clang. The "vets" move through the exercises on the board, high five each other between breaths, cheer for new max effort lifts, and lay on the turf at the end, talking about their common love/hate/love for the coach and her wicked ways.

Newbies will be off to the side, working one on one with another coach, learning the basics, gaining confidence, and soaring with pride as they begin to realize just how strong they really are. There's a steady stream of interaction from the coaches to the athletes, including praise, yelling, and many days, dancing.
